1. Go to where you store your digital photos and open the 4th folder. 2. Post the 4th picture in that folder. 3. Explain the picture. 4. Tag 4 people.

This is my sweet Celia. I think she's only about three or four months old and just learning to smile. She's always had the sweetest little smile and the most giant, happy eyes. I remember taking this picture and watching her just cheese it up for the camera. She's always been such a little camera ham!
